Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OperoSuite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OperoSuite is a cloud-based business management platform offering two products:

  • OperoCashier — point-of-sale (POS), customer relationship management (CRM), booking management, loyalty programs, and related services for in-person businesses.
  • OperoStore — online storefront platform for selling products online, including product management, order processing, shopping cart, checkout, shipping management, and coupon management.

Both products are provided on a subscription basis and are accessible via any modern web browser.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, the account enters read-only mode until a subscription is activated. No credit card is required for the trial.

5. Subscription & Payment

  • OperoCashier Pro plan is billed at Rp 150,000 per month.
  • OperoStore plan is billed at Rp 100,000 per month.
  • Payment is processed via QRIS top-up with manual admin verification.
  • OperoSuite uses a top-up balance system. Your balance is virtual credit used solely for paying subscriptions within the Service. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded except as required by applicable law.
  • Subscription fees are automatically deducted from your balance each billing cycle.
  • If your balance is insufficient, your account will be downgraded to read-only mode.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service (customers, transactions, products, store products, orders, bookings). We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the Service.

7. Data Export

You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features (CSV, Excel). Even if your subscription expires, you retain read-only access to view and export your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or technical issues.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal activity, to store harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to resell the Service without written permission.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

OperoSuite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
